1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

Item Not Received

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, you may request a refund or replacement.

  • Clear photo or video evidence must be provided within 7 days of delivery.

Change of Mind / Customer Preference

  • Returns for change of mind may be accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided:

    • The item is unused and in original packaging.

    • All tags, accessories, and original materials are included.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund:

      • Go to My Orders and select the order you wish to return.

    3. Submit a Return Request

      • Click Request Return and choose the item(s) you want to return.

      • Select the reason for return and upload photos/videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    4. Wait for Approval

      • Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will appear in your account dashboard.

    5. Ship the Item (If Required)

      • Pack the item securely in original packaging.

      • Follow the provided return instructions and shipping details.

    6. Refund Processing

    • Do not ship items back without an approved return request.
