Although the chair matches the item description. They failed to quality check the top part (sun roof) and put it together inside out, leaving an ugly hole in sight. For this price, i expect the chair to be manufactured properly. I took pictures to show the proof and then had to put the chair back in the box to keep it clean and dust free.. yet the store needs a video, even after explaining that i have a double hernia and can't remove it from the box again. They first offered 5 usd refund which i could not accept.. then they agreed on 10 usd which is peanuts considering the ugliness of the mistake, to retrieve this offer the next day. This type of customer service is reason enough to shop somewhere else!
